While having a bit of quiet time, several thoughts were swimming about in my head. I don’t beat myself up if I can’t focus on a single lit candle while meditating. Some days I can get super clear and quiet, others I just float from one random thought to another. It’s like spiritual surfing. I was casually thinking about my mindset at this time in my life. I wandered onto thoughts about the physical composition of positive people and DNA.
Then, “B+” popped in.
“B plus.” >”Be positive.” >”Be P.O.S.I.T.I.V.E.”
Passion- A strong and barely controllable emotion… For some reason, passion has become the antithesis of spirituality. Acts of passion can be brutal. As a self diagnosed passionista, I cannot imagine a life void of deep feeling. Passion is fuel. It can power love or hate. Guess which one I choose?
Open Minded- A key for learning.
Sensitive- Emotionally, Spiritually and Physically.
Inquisitive- Another ESSENTIAL key to learning. Ask. Ask. Ask.
Temperate- A perfect compliment to passion.
Vocal- We think therefore we are… we say therefore it is…
Enlightened- Because sitting in the dark is boring!
Of course if you can’t be positive… Just be.
