Whether you eat to build mind or body, breakfast is the best way to start the day.
I’ve posted a picture of my meal this morning. Even though my kids were gone this morning, I still treated myself to a healthy meal. Why? Cause I’m worth it!
So are you.
Pictured is my meal of breakfast tacos and a Yerba Mate Latte.
1 white and one whole egg
Sautéed kale, green onions, zuccini and mushrooms.
Other popular breakfasts at my house are:
Granola, fruit and yogurt
Hash browns with sausages and fruit
Bagels with lox, onions and tomatoes.
Even when I don’t have time to cook, we will have a protein shake or bar. The next time you’re tempted to skip out on breakfast, remember that, our bodies deserve better.
