Feeling blah about your life? Have you been looking for ways to connect to your purpose and passion? Believe it or not, the fact that you are here is a sign! You see, if you are here, I have a feeling you were not put on this planet to be mediocre. You can decide to make your move into living your best life! And if you are ready to live a better life… Échale GANAS! Move into better thoughts and beliefs and then… see for yourself how much better your life is.
Not sure how to change what you believe?
First of all, be patient with yourself. This new way of thinking and being will take a bit of practice. In the video below, the creator of one of my favorite Youtube channels talks about brainwashing. We ordinarily don’t associate brainwashing with good things but he explains how we are all brainwashed daily and provides a 21-day road map to better thoughts and things.
If you listened to this video you will realize that, “if you do not run your subconscious mind yourself, someone else will. ” Knowing that, why wouldn’t you want to do what you can to break the cycle of hypnosis? What do you need to create brand new beliefs about yourself and you life?
- Be PERSISTENT.
- Be CONSISTENT.
Understand that repetition is key. You WILL attract the things you think repeatedly and focus on. Here is my breakdown of Justin’s 8 STEP, 21 day PLAN.
- STEP ONE. Write the details about what you want.
- STEP TWO. Visualize yourself already having the things you want. FEEL it.
- STEP THREE. Turn off your TV, News Feeds and other distracting media
- STEP FOUR. Create short AFFIRMATION beginning with I AM.
- STEP FIVE. Create an alarm that reminds you to SPEAK your affirmation for at least 5 minutes a day.
- STEP SIX. Listen to affirmations online or create your own and listen to it while you sleep.
- STEP SEVEN. Talk about what you desire as if it’s already a fact. NOW, this is the important part… Find TRIBE members to share with (people that reinforce your beliefs). If you do not have this right now, use your mirror until the universe begins to supply you with the high vining trie you deserve!
- STEP 8. REPEAT.
This is a 21 Day Plan but understand this… it may take longer. Don’t give up. The number one reason people do not succeed is not because something doesn’t work, it’s because they give up. I don’t even know you but guess what, I want the best for you. Don’t give up on yourself and the life you should be living!
