A month ago, a friend invited me to attend a group that was doing this Abundance meditation together. I immediately said yes. I did not know who was in the group but I committed. I am so very glad I did. Everyone in the group shared how helpful the mediation was and I wholeheartedly concur. We are living in a time where there is a scarcity mindset that seems to have grabbed hold of some of us. There are people hoarding and people in a lot of fear. I wanted to share this meditation to help you elevate up out of any lower frequencies you may be struggling with.
21 Days of Abundance by Deepak Chopra
A few tips that I would like to share regarding this meditation. First to commit to doing all 21 days. If you can find an accountability partner, GREAT. Share this with someone you think might benefit from a more abundant mindset. Next, grab a journal or notebook that you can use to take notes. You are meditating now. You should be open to abundant creativity and divine messages.
Day 1: The Reality of Abundance
In this meditation, Deepak Chopra explains the reality of abundance, and how we can begin to open our eyes to the abundance that is already before us. CENTERING THOUGHT * Today I behold all the abundance that surrounds me.* MANTRA So Hum (I AM) I am.” This mantra affirms our existence as pure awareness. We are not our body, mind, or ego – we simply are.
Day 2: The Source of All Abundance
CENTERING THOUGHT * I create my personal abundance from an infinite source * MANTRA Aham Brahmasmi (I AM ONE WITH GOD/SOURCE/UNIVERSAL LOVE). This mantra affirms the universality of your individuality. It means “I am the wholeness of existence; my consciousness is the same as the consciousness of the universe.” This mantra affirms that the true nature of your Self is the wholeness of the universe. Your Being resonates as the truth of cosmic existence.
